Vegan Crepes with Nutella® Plant-Based

INGREDIENTS fOR 4 people (1 crêpe per person)

  • 180g whole wheat flour

  • 450ml unsweetened soy milk

  • 30g brown sugar

  • 1 pinch (3g) of salt

  • 15ml oil (for greasing the pan)

  • 60g Nutella® plant-based (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per crepe)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Layered crepes with Nutella spread between layers and mixed berries.

    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.

  2. A person pouring soy milk from a jug into a mixing bowl partially filled with dry ingredients

    Slowly add the soy milk while mixing gently.

    Let it rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Crepes by Nutella stacked and folded with chocolate spread and berries.

    Grease a non-stick pan with the oil and heat it on medium. Once the pan is well heated, pour a ladle of batter and roll this out with the help of a crepe spreader.

  4. Vegan crepes spread with Nutella plant-based, rolled and garnished with berries.

    When the edges start to detach easily from the pan, flip the crepe and cook the other side.

  5. Single crepe pancake folded around Nutella, garnished with powdered sugar.

    Once cooked, remove it from the pan, spread one side with 15g of Nutella® Plant-Based and fold the crepe.
