Vegan Porridge with Nutella® Plant-Based

Elevate your morning with Nutella® Plant-Based. Replace milk with soy milk or a similar alternative and top with hazelnuts and berries to make this delicious vegan porridge.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 portions

  • 200g oats

  • 20g finely chopped hazelnuts

  • 20g sugar

  • 400ml unsweetened soy milk

  • 60g Nutella® Plant-Based (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per serving)

For decoration:
  • 1 handful of raspberries (or other fruits)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Skimming milk during milk-powder production for Nutella ingredient supply.

    Using a saucepan, boil the oats in hot soy milk, stirring until it forms a thick porridge. Add the sugar and continue stirring. When the porridge is thick, remove the oatmeal from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Step one: preparing porridge base before stirring in Nutella and fruit.

    Divide the porridge into bowls and garnish each with 1 heaped teaspoon (15g) of Nutella® Plant-Based, chopped hazelnuts and raspberries (or other fruit) and serve.
