Nutella® Brownies Recipe
Brownies are a baked chocolate dessert, often described as a cross between a cake and a cookie. Our brownie recipe adds a touch of Nutella® creaminess to the traditional chewy, fudgy texture for an extra chocolatey kick.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SERVINGS

300g dark chocolate

3 eggs

120g butter

160g brown sugar

120g flour
-
1 pinch of salt

60g ground hazelnuts

200g hazelnuts
-
180g Nutella® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per portion)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking pan with baking paper. Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.

Carefully fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, then sift in the flour and baking powder and mix. Fold in the ground hazelnuts and half of the chopped hazelnuts.

Spread the brownie mixture onto the baking sheet and scatter the remaining hazelnuts over it. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, before letting it cool completely.

Garnish the brownie evenly with the Nutella ® and cut into 12 pieces.
