The biscuits are baked with care and attention to details in each and every step of the process!  Our raw materials are carefully mixed to prepare a type of shortbread dough. The biscuits are then molded and baked in a long oven to obtain the right texture, crunchiness and goldenness, filled with the well-known Nutella spread and closed in with the top of the biscuit. They are then cooled down to reach the right consistency and shape and sent to the packaging area to be assembled into the different formats available. Ferrero’s stringent quality standards are respected and monitored all along the production line.
