Sourdough Toast with Nutella®
INGREDIENTS

  1. 10 ginger thins

  2. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

  3. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

  4. 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  5. 1/4 cup chopped cashews, roasted

  6. 1 tablespoon Nutella®

  7. 4 Slices mango

To prepare this delicious recipe, 1 tbsp of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

  1. Step 1

    In a food processor, add the ginger thins. Blend until an even crumble. While the motor is running, pour in butter.

  2. Step 2

    Transfer to a large bowl. Add sesame, coconut, cashews and mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Toast a slice of your favorite sourdough bread. Butter if desired. Spread on Nutella®, sliced mango and sprinkle on ginger mixture. Enjoy.
